Great gardens and amazing pool. the staff was always there for us with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of local fruits. the location was very central.
The room was dirty and we found hairs in our bed. the towels were not clean as well.

The breakfast at Arete was absolutely scrumptious! I indulged in chilaquiles with 3 eggs, accompanied by freshly squeezed juice and a variety of fruit. It was so delicious, I thought I would have to pay extra! The staff was also incredibly helpful, allowing me to use the sauna twice during my stay. The sauna offered a serene view of birds, hummingbirds, and even a squirrel. Additionally, I treated myself to a relaxing massage, choosing from their selection of four options. The whole experience was simply lovely.

During my recent stay, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the staff at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every employee went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of this hotel is impeccable, and the facilities are top-notch. Additionally, I really appreciated the convenient transportation options provided by this hotel. Located just on the outskirts of town, it was easy to get to the temple and the town center.

The hotel is located conveniently close to a market and the temple. the room is spacious and comfortable, complete with a beautiful Mexican tiled bathroom. the staff is super friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every guest has everything they need. the fresh, made-to-order food is absolutely delicious, adding to the overall great experience.
The parking space is quite tight and limited.

The beautiful green areas and the outdoor pool were the best aspects of my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, with quick service at the bar. The hotel was situated near the heart of town and the hiking trail, which was perfect for exploring. Despite being busy during Easter time, the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere making it easy to relax.
The hotel did not meet my expectations regarding breakfast time. They served the meal too late in the morning, and I had to wait until 9 am to eat.
